Do you know want to know what's in your own back yard?  You’ve come to the right place!  Below you’ll find visual resources to help identify native, non-native, and invasive species commonly found in the Delaware River Watershed.

Finding Native Plants by Traits

​​

  • Choose Native Plants - Allows users to find native plants by state, color, bloom season, etc. Also provides nurseries where the species can be purchased. 

  • PA Enflowered - Allows users to search PA native plants by color, habitat, and type. Also included invasive species, rare and vulnerable plants, and common non-native plants

  • iNaturalist - A platform for recording species observation. Members can upload images of their observations and receive species identification via AI recognition or community crowdsourcing, and non-members can view observations made in their area using the map tool​​
