Hey there! My name is Chris and I'm the Environmental Program Coordinator for the Pennsylvania Resources Council. Part of my position is managing this website and forum, so I will likely be the main person answering questions and interacting with posts! A little bit about me is I love to play guitar and write songs. One of my most recent green projects is something called "winter sowing". Winter sowing is a method of starting seeds which mimics natural cycles and involves starting seeds outdoors in the winter. I planted about ten varieties of native plants in various recycling containers, and they're currently outside, weathering the winter cold! I've included a few pictures below so you can check out my process. Please enjoy this forum and let me know if you have any questions! I'd really like to add a rain garden but I am not sure where is the best spot. Now that I've learned more about rain gardens, I just need to figure out where to have it located. Help!
